Getting the Hang of Things

Pistol is catching on to this whole taking an adventure thing. These walks around the lake are giving her, and me for that matter, some much needed exercise and she is learning to behave pretty well. She's starting to understand the concepts of stay, sit, and heel. Not to mention she is a great running partner that motivates me to keep the pace.

Thank goodness she loves her raw hides instead of leather boots

Running around the lake with this dog makes 7 miles seem like a lot less. Especially when we are chasing geese and trying our best to beat the setting sun.

Who knows what we'll get into next time...
